Matrixdock Completes Independent Reserve Verification for Second Consecutive Year, Enhancing Reserve Transparency

Recently, Matrixdock, the RWA tokenization platform under BIT (formerly Matrixport), completed its fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit. This audit was again conducted by Bureau Veritas, an international inspection and certification body, for independent reserve verification, and included the tokenized silver product XAGm in the audit scope. The audit covered the underlying precious metal reserves of XAUm and XAGm, marking Matrixdock's second consecutive year of maintaining a consistent and continuous independent verification process, further improving its reserve transparency system.

Two Consecutive Years of Independent Verification, Continuously Improving the Reserve Transparency System

According to information released by Matrixdock, this is its fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit and the second consecutive year that Bureau Veritas has performed the independent reserve verification.

Matrixdock stated that having the same independent audit firm conduct verification consistently helps establish a stable and consistent verification process, allows the auditor to gain a deeper understanding of its reserve structure, and makes it easier to identify potential anomalies in the future. As tokenized assets gradually integrate into financial infrastructure, long-term trust comes not only from a single audit but also from a continuous and stable verification mechanism.

Matrixdock calls this multi-layer verification system the Reserve Transparency Stack, providing holders with continuous verifiability of the underlying assets of the tokens.

Audit Scope Expanded to XAGm, Physical Verification of Precious Metal Reserves Completed

According to the audit results from Bureau Veritas, this audit conducted physical verification of the precious metal reserves held by Matrixdock and confirmed that the reserve assets are consistent with Matrixdock's records.

The audit covered a total of 574 gold and silver bars from LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) accredited refiners, stored in three institutional-grade vaults:

● Malca-Amit Singapore (audit completed on July 3, 2026)

● Brink's Hong Kong (audit completed on July 8, 2026)

● Brink's Singapore (audit completed on July 15, 2026)

During the audit, all precious metal bars were individually weighed and measured. Compared to the second half of 2025 audit, 26 additional gold bars were included, and the audit scope was expanded to include 66 silver bars.

As of the audit date, XAUm (Tokenized Gold):

● A total of 508 gold bars were audited;

● Corresponding gold weight: 16,331.184 troy ounces;

● Total XAUm in circulation: 16,331.179 tokens, of which:

EVM chains: 11,242.657 tokens;

Sui network: 2,677.413 tokens;

Solana network: 1,575.248 tokens;

Stellar network: 771.552 tokens;

● Based on a gold price of $4,046.86 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $66.09 million.

This independent reserve audit also covered XAGm (Tokenized Silver). As of the audit date:

● A total of 66 silver bars were audited;

● Corresponding silver weight: 65,934 troy ounces;

● Total XAGm in circulation: 65,998.551 tokens, of which:

Ethereum network: 33,004.219 tokens;

Sui network: 32,990 tokens;

● Current ozPerToken: 0.999021918;

● Based on a silver price of $61.24 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $4.04 million.

The audit results showed that all precious metal bars were reconciled item by item with the relevant vault records, and no discrepancies were found. As of the audit date, XAUm reserve assets were consistent with the number of tokens in circulation; XAGm reserve assets, after applying the corresponding ozPerToken value, were also consistent with the number of tokens in circulation.

From Periodic Audits to Continuous Verification, Reserve Transparency is Becoming a Foundational Capability for On-Chain Finance

In addition to semi-annual independent reserve audits, Matrixdock also continuously discloses monthly reserve asset reports, on-chain Proof of Reserves for precious metal products, and a Gold Allocation Lookup tool, allowing holders to query the mapping between specific gold bars and corresponding tokens, enabling continuous verification of underlying assets rather than relying solely on periodic audit results, collectively forming a continuously updated transparent record.

Matrixdock stated that it will continue to evaluate the possibility of cooperating with global third-party service institutions in the future, further enhancing asset-level verification capabilities for off-chain reserve assets while protecting customer privacy.

When underlying reserves remain continuously verifiable, reserve assets can further participate in more on-chain financial scenarios such as institutional fund management, financial applications, and lending markets. As tokenized assets gradually evolve from asset mapping tools to financial infrastructure, the continuous verifiability of underlying reserves is becoming an important foundation for measuring the quality of reserve assets. This fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit reflects Matrixdock's long-term commitment to building the Reserve Layer for on-chain finance.
